Mr. Stewart Barker is the CEO of Biotech Laboratories (Pty) Ltd., a subsidiary of JB, in South Africa. Mr. Barker brings on board a rich and varied experience across Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and International Operations. He has worked with large corporations like SA Druggists, now Aspen, and he was also a Director of a Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed IT group where he held the position as the Managing Director of eCommerce. Mr. Barker is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) and also holds a Masters in Business Leadership.

With 20+ years of experience, Anurag Agrawal is the Vice President – Regulatory Affairs at JB Pharma and currently leads the domestic and international regulatory management involving conceptualization, strategizing global regulatory pathways and actively collaborating for a robust pipeline of CDMO projects. Prior to this, he was associated with Sun Pharmaceuticals Limited, Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited and Torrent Research Centre. He has completed his Masters in Pharmacy from MS University of Baroda and Executive MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

Bhushan Sachdev has over 3 decades of experience in Production Planning & Coordination, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Shipping, and Logistics. He leads Global Integrated Supply Chain Operations for JB Pharma. He has completed his Mechanical Engineering and Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. Before joining JB, he was associated with Balsara Home Products Limited.

Parmeshwar Bang is a pharmaceutical manufacturing professional with 30+ years of experience in the industry. He is responsible for inclusive management of JB’s Daman plant which includes Production Planning and Control, Legal Compliances, Departmental Process Development, New Product Development, and Technology Transfer. He has successfully completed regulatory audits like EU GMP Hungary, TGA Australia, UK MHRA, WHO-GMP Audit, MCAZ GMP Zimbabwe, Ukraine MOH, Russia GMP, NDA Uganda, PPB Kenya, TMDA Tanzania and contributed in building EHS & ESG systems & compliances. He has pursued his Masters in Pharmacy & DBM from the University of Pune. Before Joining JB, he was associated with Blue Cross Laboratories Ltd., Sarabhai Chemicals, and Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd.

Sridhar Bharadwaj heads Human Resources & Administration at JB Pharma since 2016. He carries an experience of over 3 decades in HR operations like Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, and Industrial Relations. He holds a Masters degree in Personnel Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. Before joining JB, he was associated with Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Grasim Ltd., Crompton Greaves Ltd., Saint-Gobain Ltd., RPG Life Sciences Ltd., Wockhardt Ltd., and Eicher Motors Ltd.
