Welcome to JB Next (“App”) owned by J .B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited (“JB Pharma”, “JBCPL”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The following Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the users of the App and J.B.Pharma. Any reference to “you”, “your” or “User/Users” shall mean to include the licensed healthcare professional(s) accessing and using the App.
The access and use of this App is subject to the Terms and Conditions as set out herein and all applicable laws. By accessing, browsing and using this App, it is deemed that the User has read, understood, and accepted, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions set out herein. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use this App.
User Account
By browsing and registering on JB Next (“App”) you warrant that you are a licensed medical practitioner registered with respective regulatory authorities. JB PHARMA disclaims any liability arising out of the use of the App by any individual or entity other than a licensed healthcare professional. For using the App, Users will be required register themselves on the App by providing their details as may be necessary at the time of registration. Users shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for all the activities that take place through such an account. In the event of any unauthorized use of your account, you shall immediately notify us of the same by writing to us on the email ID- support@jbnext.com provided on the App. We may temporarily suspend or block your account if we identify any breach or suspected breach of the security of your account or if we suspect any fraudulent use of your account.
The information and details provided by the User at the time registration should be correct, accurate and up-to-date. You agree to receive communications related to our services on the App including any updates on the webinars and events hosted by JB Pharma via email and or SMS and you may opt-out of the same by writing to us on the email ID- support@jbnext.com
Use of Information on the App
The information and content provided on the App including without limitation audio-visual content, videos and interviews of physicians and healthcare professionals, articles, images, newsletters, etc., (“Information”) is intended for use only by licensed healthcare professionals for educational and academic purposes. The Information is not intended to promote any drug or treatment and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The videos and interviews of physicians and healthcare professionals contain the views of the individuals expressing them and are not under the direct or indirect control of JB PHARMA. User discretion may be exercised before using or relying on such Information on the App and JB PHARMA disclaims any liability or claims or action arising from use of such Information. Inclusion of any such Information, through any electronic mode, does not imply endorsement by JB PHARMA of the content provided therein.
This App is not intended to establish a Doctor-Patient relationship. JB (which term includes its affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns) neither takes responsibility nor guarantees regarding the prescription of any drugs/treatment. The healthcare professionals whose names are displayed on this Site are independent and in private practice and are neither employees nor agents of JB. JB takes no responsibility as to the qualifications or authenticity of these healthcare professionals or the correctness of medical advice they provide. Any information on this Site relating to name, address, content, material of any healthcare professionals does not constitute any endorsement or recommendations or advice of JB and the User is required to verify authenticity and credibility of the information.
Any information relating to or any reference of any products or medical devices if any on the App is provided for general information purposes only and should not be construed as a promotion or solicitation for any product or service or for the use of any such product or service.
User shall use the Information available on the App only as a reference aid, and that such material is not intended to be (nor should it be used as) a substitute for the exercise of professional judgment. In view of the possibility of human error or changes in medical science, User should confirm such information through independent sources. The User may freely browse the App, but may only access, download or use Information for strictly personal non-commercial use. The User may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost or use the Information for commercial purposes, without written prior permission of JB PHARMA.
User Submissions and conduct
Any reviews, suggestions, comments, questions, or feedback given or any information that the Users otherwise transmit or post on or through the App shall be at their own risk. JB PHARMA shall not assume any responsibility for any of the materials posted by Users and the same is not endorsed by JB PHARMA in any manner. JB PHARMA makes no guarantee regarding the reliability, accuracy, or quality of any User submission that is posted on the App and disclaims any liability whatsoever in this regard. We reserve the right to take down any content or material that is illegal, defamatory, libellous, obscene, offensive, abusive or objectionable or otherwise infringes any third-party intellectual property rights or privacy rights. JB PHARMA will cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing JB PHARMA to disclose the identity of anyone posting such information or materials. The User agrees to indemnify and hold JB PHARMA, its affiliates, directors, employees, consultants and partners harmless from any claim, demand or damage, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of the User submissions, and or conduct of the Users on the App or otherwise for User’s breach of the Terms and Conditions.
By posting the reviews, suggestions, comments or any content or material on the App, you grant us an irrevocable license to copy, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, create derivative works of such content across all platforms and media now known or devised later. In case of a change in control of JB PHARMA, JB PHARMA reserves the right to transfer the User submissions to the new entity in control.
Prohibited actions
You acknowledge that this App is strictly for your personal use and shall not be used for any purposes whatsoever included but not limited to the following acts.
- Copying, reproducing, selling, leasing, distributing, licensing or making any derivative works of the App or any of the content contained on the App.
- Using the App for any illegal or fraudulent or any such purpose which may result in violation of any law, rules or ordinance applicable in India or worldwide.
- Making any false or misleading statements or impersonate any individual or perform any acts which will infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
- Post, upload, email, transmit or otherwise distribute any content on or through the App that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous or hateful to any other person or entity as we may determine in our sole discretion or distribute chain letters, unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam.
- Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or circumvent the security of the App in any manner.
- Allow the introduction of any program or data that has embedded in them any virus, worms or other harmful components such that it disrupts the operation of the App.
JB PHARMA or any of its affiliates or partners shall not be responsible for and disclaim all liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the App.
Third party content and Links
The App may contain links to third-party apps, which are provided as a convenience to the Users. The links are not under the control of JB PHARMA, and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by JB PHARMA of such app. Further JB PHARMA has no control over any third-party apps which uses or includes the link to our App. JB PHARMA or any of its affiliates, directors, employees, officers, partners or consultants make no claim, and are not responsible for, any information found in such third-party apps. You may access these links and apps at your own risk. JB PHARMA shall not be responsible in any ways for any data breach or any damages or consequences which take place through such third-party apps or plugins.
Intellectual Property
Users agree and understand that all the intellectual property including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, business identifiers, copyright, proprietary rights, trade secrets, are the sole property of JB PHARMA or its respective owners or licensors. Nothing in this Site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any intellectual property or information without the prior written permission of JB PHARMA. You understand and undertake that You shall not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, perform, republish display, post, transmit, create derivative works of above mentioned intellectual property and use the same only for personal and non-commercial use. You should assume that everything you read or see on this App is copyrighted according to applicable laws, unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as laid down in these Terms and Conditions.

The contents of the App including the Information and other material contained on the App should not be copied in any circumstances without the prior express consent of JB PHARMA. Except as expressly authorized herein, the User should not display, download, distribute, reproduce, republish, or transmit any Information, text, images, sound, documents, material contained on the App, without the express prior written consent of JB PHARMA. The use of any content from the App, without proper citation, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of JB PHARMA or its respective owners and may subject the User to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright infringement. Any content, trademark(s), or other material that may be found on the App that is not JB PHARMA’s property remains the copyright of its respective owner(s) and in no way does JB PHARMA claim ownership or responsibility for such items, and you should seek legal consent for any use of such materials from its owner. User must first seek prior written permission from JB PHARMA if the User intends to use any Information or incorporate portions of the Information or any material into a different app. The User is not allowed to link to JB PHARMA’s App if the User is engaged in the publication or promotion of illegal, obscene, or offensive content, or if the link in any way negatively impacts the reputation of JB PHARMA.
Limitation of Liability
The App as well as any Information or any other content or material included in or available through the App may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. While we intend to make every attempt to keep the information in this App current and up-to-date, JB PHARMA including its affiliates, directors, consultants and partners make no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of any information contained in this App including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non- infringement or uninterrupted service. We do not warrant that the App or the network system linked to it is free from any operational errors, virus, worm or any other harmful components though we shall take reasonable measures to remedy or avoid any such events. We shall not be held liable for any loss of service resulting from communication failures, equipment failures or for any events beyond the reasonable control of JB PHARMA.
While the Information has been obtained from sources believed to be reliable, neither JB PHARMA nor JB PHARMA’s content providers warrant the accuracy of the Information. The User shall obtain expert advice before relying on any Information contained on the App. You hereby acknowledge and agree that JB PHARMA or any of its employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, as a result of any unauthorized use or inability to use the App, or on reliance of any content/information contained on the App or your use of any third party apps or links. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of business or goodwill, revenue, or profits) whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your access to the App and your account, with or without notice at our discretion including for breach any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. Where it is observed that there is any suspected illegal, fraudulent, indecent or objectionable activity on your accord, it may amount to grounds for terminating your access to the App. Upon suspension or termination, we reserve the right to remove or delete your information including but not limited to login and account information and your right to the services on the App shall immediately cease without notice.
Severability
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid or void, the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
Territory
The App and its contents are designed to comply with the laws and regulations of India and intended for access and use by Indian residents only. Therefore, any User who uses or accesses the App from outside India shall use or access the App entirely at his/her own risk and remain responsible for compliance with the laws of his/her jurisdiction.
Modification of the terms of use
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to change, modify or otherwise amend the Terms and Conditions or any other document incorporated herein by reference, and you are advised to read the provisions of the Terms and Conditions for regular updates and your continued use of the App following any such amendment to the Terms and Conditions will signify your acceptance to any such revised Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
This App is created and controlled by JB PHARMA in Mumbai (India) and as such the laws of India shall apply, and courts in Mumbai only shall have jurisdiction in respect of the Terms and Conditions.

(collectively, the “App”). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal
data. If you proceed to access or use this App, you are agreeing to abide by this Privacy Policy
Statement, without any exceptions. You may not access or use this App if you do not agree to this
Privacy Policy Statement. JB reserves the right to add, remove or modify this information at any time
without any prior notification.
Collection of Personal Information: The App is not designed to collect and/or receive any personal
information belonging to you by itself.

JB App. For example, you may submit or share your name, postal address, e-mail address,
profession, photograph, medical records, and/or other personal information in order to receive
information about various subjects and services wherever applicable. To protect your privacy, please
do not provide JB with any information that is not specifically requested. When you register using
your other accounts like on Facebook, Twitter, Gmail etc. We shall retrieve information required for
your registration from such account to continue to interact with you and to continue providing the
services, wherever applicable.
Passive Collection of Information: JB Apps may collect information about your visits to this App
without you actively submitting such information. This information may be collected using various
technologies, such as cookies, internet tags, and web beacons. The App may capture some of this
information, such as the URL of the app you just visited, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, GPS
location data, mobile phone service provider, details of the operating system, the browser version of

to such app links, security of personal information that you provide or any information collected by
that app. The risk of accessing such apps is solely yours.
