'JB Hormony':

A Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at JB

At JB, we believe in fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where every individual feels valued. As part of our transformative journey, we’ve launched our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative, ‘JB Harmony’.

Recognizing the importance of creating an equitable environment, we conducted an Organisational Culture Assessment survey to understand our employees’ sense of belonging. Based on these insights, we have identified Gender Diversity as our primary focus for FY24-25 and also taken measurable goals to achieve the same. We are committed to empowering women and enhancing their representation in our workforce hence the senior leadership will be championing this cause and providing support to create a cultural fabric of inclusion.

Our DEI initiatives encompass a variety of policies and programs aimed at ensuring equal opportunities for growth and success for women at JB.
